SmartOptim Platform

As a part of Industry 4.0 initiative, we have developed SmartOptim Predictive Maintenance Platform, to raise early warnings of critical failures to avoid downtime of the Machines, intended to run throughout the product lifecycle. This solution generates alerts to provide critical insights into all aspects of equipment condition and performance and consumables required to run the machine. The SmartOptim Platform enables ‘intelligent machines’ to simulate intelligent behaviour and make well-informed decisions with minimal or no human intervention, ahead of time. It is capable of predicting failures in advance in comparison to earlier rule-based systems which was used for proactive maintenance. It provides higher precision over human intelligence.
